These round stud gold earrings feature a central polki floral design framed by emerald leaves and encircled by a layer of pearls. Partash is an age-old technique developed during the Mughal era, where uncut diamonds and gemstones are set into finely engraved gold bezels and secured with kundan to create solid gold settings. Revived in Jaipur after the Mughal decline, it remains a labour-intensive, entirely handcrafted artform.
