This serene silver pendant features a rectangular central piece with lotus and leaf motifs reminiscent of a miniature painting, achieved with marble inlaid stone in the parchinkari tradition. It follows an ancient Roman inlaying technique called Pietra Dura that was patronised in Mughal courts, reaching its zenith with the creation of the iconic Taj Mahal. A distinctive chain, studded with pearls, completes the gorgeous design.
