Always store the accessory in the given cloth bag. This will protect the article from dust & grime.
After using your bag/wallet, ensure to wipe it with a dry clean cloth before storing it away.
Avoid carrying embroidered fabric upper accessories during rains as it may get stained or soaked in water.
Do not polish leather accessory with embroidery. You may run the risk of staining the embroidered parts. Just cleaning with cloth is sufficient. In case of hard grime or mud, gently wipe the area with a damp cloth, allow the piece to air dry. Do not use blow drying as it may harden the leather. Once dry pack it in the given cloth bag.
In case of dust accumulation on the embroidered uppers, gently rub the surface with an old toothbrush to clean the dust. Avoid using water or solvents as it may stain the surface.
Avoid washing or cleaning the accessory with water. Never put them in the washing machine.
Stuff the bags with rolled paper to retain the shape of the bag. Avoid piling many bags on top of each other.
In the rare scenario of an accidental spill (especially on woven silk accessories) quickly dry the area with blotting paper. Do not rub the surface. Once dry, clean with a soft cloth. In case the stain is too harsh, it is recommended to consult your local dry cleaner for a careful spot cleaning.
In the rare case of rain soaked accessory, pat dry the excess water with blotting paper or soft absorbent cloth. Leave the article in a warm dry place to allow it to dry naturally. Avoid using blow dryer and heaters.
Once it’s fully dried, stuff rolled tissues inside the article and pack away with a sachet of silica gel. This will help remove any remaining moisture within the surface.
There is high possibility that your accessory may develop a fungus if it’s stored in a wet condition. Always ensure never to store a wet accessory. In the rare scenario that a surface may develop fungus- gently clean the surface with hard shoe brush; an old toothbrush may do fine. Air dry for a day; then use a leather conditioner to restore & protect the surface. Once again allow a day of air drying before storing away stuffed with tissues and packed inside a dry soft cloth bag.
