India is home to over 4000 traditional arts and handicrafts, and more than 70 lakh craftsmen and craftswomen. Our artisans are truly the pride of our country. They have passed down their skills from one generation to the next. Swadesh celebrates this depth of India's cultural diversity and highlights the spirit of 'Make in India'. Swadesh is not just an initiative; it's a movement—a global renaissance for Indian arts and crafts.
